PROGRAM SCHEDULE

4:30 – 5:00 PM – Guest Arrival & Check-in

  • Welcome drinks (herbal infusions, citrus water)
  • Soft ambient music & calming scents (optional essential oils)
  • Quiet seating area with jot cards & pen laid out


5:00 – 5:10 PM – Opening Circle & Intention Setting

  • Brief welcome by curator & facilitor introduction
  • Light prompt: “Why did you come here today?”
  • Grounding breath: 2-minute guided breathwork


5:10 – 5:35 PM – Guided Breathwork Session

  • Deep breathing techniques
  • Body scan meditation for presence
  • Grounding practice using the breath to return to self


5:35 – 6:00 PM – Tactile Creation

  • Guests engage in simple handwork: Drawing with closed eyes
  • Guided prompts during creation:
  • “What grounds you?”
  • “What do you want to hold on to—or let go of?”


6:00 – 6:30 PM – Reflective Writing & Jot Cards

  • Light instrumental music
  • Use curated jot card prompts + personal journaling
  • Sharing optional: a few guests may read reflections or words aloud


6:30 – 6:50 PM – Closing Circle & Sharing Moment

  • Collective moment of silence
  • Invite one-word reflections
  • Leave your card in the drop box or take it with you


6:50 – 7:00 PM – Wind Down + Light Refreshments

  • Seasonal fruits, light snacks
  • Networking & Farewell moment
